Access to the premises will only be granted, at our discretion and on valid and matching proof of Identity or Passport document from person making the booking a) The Owners, Mangers and Staff members do not accept responsibility for theft, injuries or damages to persons or property. On entry the Guest accepts the responsibility and liability. b) No smoking/ vaping or the like is permitted inside the building and veranda areas, only on the grass and cigarette butts are to be discarded completely dead in bins provided. c) Water is to be used sparingly. d) No sanitary ware, pads, tampons, cloth type materials or the like are to be flushed in the toilettes. e) The barbecue and fires are to be completely put out and not left alone on completion of usage. f) No loud music, noise or shouting, abusive language or fighting at any time. g) No additional guests are permitted. h) The responsibility remains with the Guest to return the property in the same manner as it was received. i) Where there are breakages, they will be taken off the deposit. j) If you require additional services, they are to be requested via our designated person. Not our staff members directly. k) We may at times, due to reasons beyond our control have power and/ or water outages. l) Furniture taken outdoors must be returned to the inside in the evenings. m) No property, belonging to the house is to leave the premises. n) Guests need to leave the premises by the prescribed dates and times. 0) No squatting will be permitted. p) Keys and access remotes are to be left with the designated person on departure. q) Check in time – 15h00-17h00. Check out by 10h00. r) Respectable clothing to be worn in garden and local areas.
